Our Story

ILEVEL USA was founded in 2018 to bring a higher standard of accountability to residential and multi-family construction. Since then, we've grown from a specialty labor crew into a full construction management company, serving clients across Colorado and Washington.

Our Approach

Construction has a lot of moving parts — trades, timelines, permits, inspections. We built ILEVEL USA to level all of it out. That means:

• Managing every subcontractor on the job, from hire to final walkthrough

• Confirming code compliance and building to blueprint at every stage

• Scheduling trades so work moves in the right order, without costly downtime

• Verifying every sub carries proper General Liability insurance, workers' compensation, and bonding before they're allowed on site

What Sets Us Apart

We keep large in-house crews for the trades we know best — siding, framing, trusses, and drywall — so quality control stays close to home. For electrical and plumbing, we bring in licensed, vetted professionals to make sure every system in your home is installed safely and up to code.
